Is this my life?

Seriously, who knew March could be so crazy for me?

After recovering from post-Italy depression (and yes, it's a new thing), I went with my friend to see one of the greatest musicals ever performed by our high school (given that I've only seen like 3 out of 28 musicals). It was positively AMAZING. The cast was phenomenal, the music was perfect and the storyline was incredible. I might just be a bit bias because a few of my friends are casted, but it was still a masterpiece. Everyone really put their heart into it and I was left proud at how much they worked.

The week after that, was my bowling banquet. To some people outside, it may not seem like a big deal, but to me, it is. Through the three years that I've been on the team, we've grown to be like a family. We love each other while annoying the heck out of each other at the same time. This isn't the whole team, there's still two left. I also got to say what I needed to let out to two other girls and it felt good knowing their responses. Left with my first real trophy too :).

And today is my Facebook parents/closest friends 2 year anniversary! Jeez, they grow up so fast. Their chemistry and love makes me wish I had a boyfriend :P. Through their ups and downs, they managed to pull through and create a sweet couple.

Also, more things to come! Choir concert next week which could make or break us and my parents had spontaneously decided that they were going to leave me home alone in the last weekend of March to "train" me for the big world. I'm responsible for the house, the dog, the stove, the electronic devices and making sure no one breaks in and/or I get raped. This should be fun...

Viva Italia!

This post is kind of delayed, but whatevs.

Colosseum? I must be in Italy!

Me being random, I took pics of cute shoes.

The New York portion of our large thirty-something group. Ten students came as opposed to last year with like, a lot more. But we became closer friends :). (pretty sure they'll hate me forever if they find this here, lol, oops)

*insert pic of amazing gelato here*

The lack of gelato picture means that, well, um...I sorta broke the camera...threw it in the Trevi Fountain, on accident!...not my best choice. And my friend who was supposed to send me a pic of my gelato is too lazy to put it on her laptop so...blehh. But...They. Were. Amazing.

Made some Massachusetts friends while I was there! But then...these are only half of them. But they were so nice to me and my group and so accepting. (You can see me rocking my newly acquired I heart Palermo hat).

I'll give you the brief gist of it now. The whole point of the trip was not for Latin, as some may think, but for social studies, I believe? It's mainly a sophomore trip but two juniors got to go because they couldn't last year. We traveled like almost all over Italy on a tour and got to see some amazing sights and do some amazing things. Included an eventful memory/adventure type thing while on the way back home.

Our last group shot before heading back to the U S of A. About 2/5 of us dressed up for the occasion. Here's to the newfound friendships.

Right track baby, I was born this way

Wise words from Lady Gaga.
Hola! Como estas?

There was this little old blog post I made on here about four years ago, which technically my sis ape-z wrote out for me. Deleted that, started something fresh and love-ducksauce was born.

As with all new posts, this will be an intro on my life; my story. Don't worry, my next post will appeal to you, maybe more than this (or maybe not).

My name is Vivi. You try and call me Vivian, I will smack you. Viviana, while not my official full name, will do more better. I'm sixteen years old. I am a sophomore at the sketchy, yet somewhat lovable Nisky High.

I write basically all the livelong day while I'm not at school. Scratch that, at school, I have to write. But at home, I write stories. When I'm not sitting on my butt at the computer, I hang out with my friends (a.k.a, bunch of misfits like myself) and I try and steal some quality time with my big sis when she's home from college. Key word: try.

If I were to be brave and not wimpy enough to get a tattoo, I'd get one that said "Bella Cuore". No joke.

Harry Potter has been my drug ever since my sis forced me to start reading and watching the movies. Once the series was finished, I cried for about four days.

Asian-Americans are considered swans. I am not, but I don't care. I'm a rainbow fish and I don't intend to be sucked into the conformity world.

When I say love-ducksauce, I mean it. You can thank my lovely neighbor for giving me a nickname he considers "badass".

Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" is my anthem. Disabilities left me outcasted, but I rejoiced and love myself today (well, when I'm not feeling self-conscious).

I want to be friends with each and every one of you. Unless you are bitches, perverts, pedophiles or jackasses.

love and peace
